  41. acquaintance rape"; I did assume that the principals were gay. It

  69. well as ridiculous).

  72. itself; clearly, in describing a banking fraud as "Jewish" I would be
  73. describing some person or organization involved, not the fraud itself.
  74. Not so with rape. Describing a rape as "homosexual" or "gay" clarifies
  75. the description of the act itself; it doesn't necessarily describe any
  76. of the principals. I can describe exactly how the act of "gay" rape
  77. differs from "regular" rape; I cannot do the same with "Jewish"
  78. banking fraud.

  81. "homosexual [or gay] rape".
