  40. After all the time you spent in traffic court, something should've
  41. rubbed off on you...

  43. The owner of that bumper sticker is advocating that Fellow Travelers on
  44. the Highway of Life break the law and endanger other Travelers by performing
  45. an illegal manuever.   There is also the suggestion that if you actually
  46. whip that U-turn in heavy traffic, you'll meet God sooner than expected.
