- After all the time you spent in traffic court, something should've
- rubbed off on you...

- The owner of that bumper sticker is advocating that Fellow Travelers on
- the Highway of Life break the law and endanger other Travelers by performing
- an illegal manuever. There is also the suggestion that if you actually
- whip that U-turn in heavy traffic, you'll meet God sooner than expected.
