  33. No DODie, you have provided an opinion from one person, not even a
  34. judge, that purports to show a way in which RvW could be interpreted
  35. so as to allow unrestricted abortion. It has been repeatedly shown
  36. that this interpretation you drag out is false. Over 30 states have,
  37. in fact, passed laws which are still in force, regulating the
  38. performance of third trimester abortions. If your moronic claim was
  39. accurate, all of them could and would be challenged in the courts and
  40. overturned.
