  62. you would see I have addressed this with regard to abortion.

  81. Why not try using a medical textbook.. or at least something above
  82. the 4th grader's World Encyclopedia?

  84. The trimester definition is used to make the concept simple for people
  85. who have no need of more specific knowledge.

  87. Millions of non-scientists were taught that electrons circle around the
  88. nucleus of an atom like planets around the sun.  Scientists, however,
  89. need to know the truth, and will deny this.  Personally, I would tend
  90. trust the scientific definition rather than the layman's definition.

  110. AGAIN!  This same thing has been said and I have replied.  Don't waste
  111. my time, and every else's with this.  But, to reiterate for Mr. Novak,
  112. I will again state that I recognize the LEGAL definition of murder
  113. does not include abortion.  I have never stated that I believe this will
  114. change.  Abortion WOULD be illegal in some states were it not for the
  115. judicial legislation of Roe v Wade.
