  24. I would agree with the general sentiment that (seriously speaking) everyone
  25. has a right to work out their own sexual identity free from coercion, and
  26. that nobody knows better that yourself what your answers should be.

  28. At the same time, I would not be shocked by joking about it, so long
  29. as it was not taken too seriously. Bi and gay folk have been accused of
  30. "recruiting" so long that it is a change to have a little fun with
  31. the idea. While it's not true that *everyone* is bisexual (at least
  32. by my lights), it can be humorous to imagine the possibilities ;)
  33.  
  34. As some one else said, ethics depend on issues like consent,
  35. coercion, and  communication.  I would keep a long ways away from
  36. someone who tryed to "hard sell" me on anything, but I don't have
  37. a problem with gentle encouragement, so long as people make their
  38. positions and biases reasonably clear.
