  21. We are pleased to have Professor C.-K. Cheng
  22. begin our Friday Faculty Research Seminar Series.

  24. Professor Cheng will speak on:

  26.  Research on CAD Systems for Hardware Design 
  27.  
  28.  The talk covers the topic of hierarchical partition, 
  29.  Steiner tree routing, clock tree distribution, and
  30.  test probe touring. Future research on a hardware
  31.  emulation system will be discussed.

  34. Each week the talk will be followed by a departmental coffee
  35. hour where we plan to serve coffee and cookies.
