  22. : "Transition Experiment" in which the periapsis will be intentionally
  23. : lowered to allow the atmospheric drag to slow the spacecraft's
  24. : velocity.  This aerobraking maneuver will enable the mission planners
  25. : to circularize the orbit and gather high-resolution gravity data

  30. Has funding been found for Cycle 5, or at least for the aerobrake 
  31. experiment?  If so, this is the first I've heard of it, but it is 
  32. excellent news!
