- I know. The point is that is an irrleant question. DC cuts the cost of
- access to ANY orbit by an order of magnitude. Who cares how you get there.

- However, DC-Y should deliver 20,000 to a 200KM orbit and 16,000 to a 400
- KM orbit. It also delivers 10,000 to a 400KM polar orbit.
