  36. from anywhere on the planet Earth.  The "Iridium" system now under
  37. development at Motorola will provide global cellular telephone
  38. service, as well as other communication services, using a large fleet
  39. of satellites in low Earth orbit.  Mr. Comerford will discuss progress
  40. on Iridium and present a videotape.
