  24. I think we need to be a bit more specific about *which* LEO we are
  25. talking about. As Wales points out from time to time, capacity to
  26. LEO is considerably different between 100 nm and 150 nm for the 
  27. same vehicle. Has MacDD said what they *mean* by LEO?
