  17. Does it stay low?  Under these conditions, either outgassing or new absorption
  18. will cause a pressure change.  Since I believe I see these things going on all
  19. the time, I would be very interested if the vacuum holds, as it would indicate
  20. possible problems with my measurement.

  22. Note anything kills the vacuum.  If there is D2 absorption then the excess O2
  23. kills the vacuum.  If the cathode outgasses D2 then that kills the vacuum 
  24. since there is no O2 to combine it on the catalyst.

  26. Again my measurements indicate a constant mucking around of the gas.  I am very
  27. interested in your observations.
