  26. This may be a good idea for the immediate future (at least as far as
  27. creating the group), but is probably something that should be addressed as
  28. soon as possible if the group passes.  It might make some sense to deal
  29. with any substantive problems with the composition of the "review board" in
  30. a timely manner...
