  11. I'm not a CDF member, but am resident currently at Fermilab.
  12. From what I have heard, CDF has shown these events, but not claimed for
  13. sure that they are top.

  15. Background to the decay mode as mentioned is fairly low.  Two W's and two
  16. b jets in the same event is a pretty good signal for top which can't be
  17. faked.  Other decay modes where the W decays to quarks (jets) have much
  18. more background, but are more common.
