- While in general I agree with your response to the simplistic and
- uncritical view expressed above, the view you express here is also
- a bit simplistic. For example, it appears to leave no room for the
- existence of a phenomenon that is anomalous with respect to the
- current theory, thus prohibiting theory change (also, apparently,
- making it unnecessary!).
