  16. I'm working with a Hercules carbon fiber AS-4W that is s
  17. supposed to have a resistance of 1.7 E-3 Ohms/cm (for a 12K tow).
  18. I've used various lengths of fiber and multiple tows and I always seem to
  19. get values much greater than I should, between 50 and 100 times
  20. greater.  Does anyone else work in this area?  There doesn't seem to
  21. be much interest in the electrical properties of conductive 
  22. composites.
