  31. Any sentence that brings cars and "environmentally sound" in close
  32. proximity should be taken with several bucketfuls of salt.

  34. There may well be many applications where electric technologies
  35. in personal vehicles reduces environmental impacts from transportation,
  36. but boosterism which exaggerates this does them a disservice.
