  13. What I Was trying to say was that some forms of new/old power can be
  14. combined on the same land.. Such as methane land files (where the land fill
  15. has been filed in and the compost is being digested and methane being
  16. produced) and on top of the land fill have a solar panel field. Have the
  17. solar panel field be protected on its edges by some form of wind power..
