  11. someone wrote about the xilinx parts not loading its info correctly during
  12. a production run and possibly blowing up on powerup.  i want to inquire 
  13. doesnt your programmer to a verify cycle to assure the fpga didnt drop
  14. anything during loading?  this is how most PAL programmers work;  is
  15. a verify not possible with this type of part?
