- There certainly is. Not many people want to desing VLSI chips at home,
- but the logic simulator would be a gift from heaven. I've seen some
- free logic simulator programs, but these have been only marginally
- useful as they didn't allow one to specify any real-world parameters
- like propagation delays in gates (or were too limited to compete with
- the pen-and-paper method). Think of it as converting poor students
- into potential buyers when they get a job :-)
