  12. I've just been reading Herbert Simon's autobiography ('Models of My
  13. Life') , where he implied that his theory of 'bounded rationality'
  14. is his major contribution to economics. I did not really get
  15. good understanding of it from his autobiography though.

  17. Can one of the economics pros provide a clear, brief explanation
  18. for an amature? I'm particularly interested in getting
  19. an appreciation of its practical implications.
