- I have a 36" exterior door sitting in my bedroom on top of 3
- old TV trays. I cut a 36" wide piece of sheetrock that lays
- on top of the door. When the sheetrock gets too raggedy, I
- turn it over.
-
- I got the sheetrock from lumber yard scrap (4X8' sheets with
- one busted corner) for <free> (relative works there).
-
- Only caution is - put waxed paper under any pieces that you are
- going to glue if you don't want the paper facing from the
- sheetrock glued to your work.
