  12. The Folk Calendar is compiled by me for WPSU, Penn State's local
  13. public radio station.  The calendar is read on the air during
  14. WPSU's Folk Show, which airs at the following times:

  16.      Saturday  6AM-11AM
  17.      Sunday    8AM-11AM
  18.      Wednesday 8PM-midnight

  28. The big news is that Sally Rogers and Claudia Schmidt are coming to
  29. State College on Saturday, January 16.  This pair has been described as
  30. "two of the finest voices on the planet".  They'll do two shows at the
  31. Acoustic Brew Coffeehouse, at 6:30 and 9:00 PM.  Advance tickets are on
  32. sale at the Art Alliance in Lemont, the Daily Grind, and Svoboda's
  33. Books.  It's strongly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance.

  73. The Central Pennsylvania Country Dance Association sponsors monthly
  74. contradances at Radio Park Elementary School in State College.  The
  75. next dance will be Friday January 22 at 7:30 with caller Dick Cole
  76. and music by Crooked Stovepipe.  Other dances this spring will be held
  77. February 19, March 19 and April 17.
