- The Folk Calendar is compiled by me for WPSU, Penn State's local
- public radio station. The calendar is read on the air during
- WPSU's Folk Show, which airs at the following times:

- Saturday 6AM-11AM
- Sunday 8AM-11AM
- Wednesday 8PM-midnight

- Where possible, I've included a phone number you may call for more
- information on each event.

- The big news is that Sally Rogers and Claudia Schmidt are coming to
- State College on Saturday, January 16. This pair has been described as
- "two of the finest voices on the planet". They'll do two shows at the
- Acoustic Brew Coffeehouse, at 6:30 and 9:00 PM. Advance tickets are on
- sale at the Art Alliance in Lemont, the Daily Grind, and Svoboda's
- Books. It's strongly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance.

- The Central Pennsylvania Country Dance Association sponsors monthly
- contradances at Radio Park Elementary School in State College. The
- next dance will be Friday January 22 at 7:30 with caller Dick Cole

- February 19, March 19 and April 17.
