  34. According to  the news  reports on  KYW this  morning, no  additional phone
  35. charges  will be  leveid  when calling  between 610  and  215.  This  seems
  36. reasonable since  other regions of the  country have had similar  area code
  37. rearangements and I  haven't heard of any of those  folks affected by those
  38. changes being asked to  shell out more bucks to call  phones that were once
  39. in the same area code.
