- For the first 6 months it's warnings only. After 6 months, your car _could_ be
- towed, it's up to the officer. The towings will be monitored to determine if
- the officers are biased/prejudiced/etc.

- BTW, did anyone ever stop and consider - the 'proof of insurance' only proves
- that you were billed for the insurance, not that you paid for it or even that
- you did not cancel the insurance.
