  23. I received the French TDD brouchure from the  Federation Suisse Des
  24. Sourds. I  have their TDD number.  They have a french word for TDD
  25. is  "telescrit".  I  was curious to call their number by my
  26. Intele-Type TDD, because  my  TDD has  an  international  TDD code
  27. switcher.  Unfortunately,  my  TDD  didn't understand their
  28. machine.  I was anxious, because I can't really know  what kind of
  29. a communication it is.  I decided to get my portable tape  recorder
  30. and  attached to the phone before dialing.  When it was completed,
  31. I  just reviewed  it and tuned it loud so that I can hear.  I found
  32. out that it  is the  same language that our U.S.A. TDDs speak, but
  33. it is 50 baud.  Ours  is 45.45 baud.

  35. I tried with few Ultratec TDDs, but it is no luck.  I assume that
  36. our  TDDs with  the international TDD code switcher are not able to
  37. understand  them.  It  supposed to work.  I couldn't understand why
  38. our Ultratec  TDD  company does  not  program it right.  I tried to
  39. reverse it, but  it  didn't  work.  Never try with the Krown TDDs
  40. yet.

  42. If  you have a Krown or other kind of TDDs with the international
  43. TDD  code switcher, would you be a volunteer to try that?  The

  46. I believe that the "telescrit" is involved with Germany and Italy,
  47. because Switzerland has three countries in one that are Germany,
