- Oh, it would be nice, but don't hold your breath. Just this week, I've

- 3) Wrote back to say that my offer had been topped, did I want to counter-offer
- 4) Got a counter-offer from me that was higher than the then top offer
- 5) Wrote back to say that he'd sold it.
