- First go down to K-mart or some other type of store or stores. Find a
- sweat shirt that you like (price/quality) look at the label, see where
- the manufacturer is, call them, find out who the manufacturer's
- representative is, call them, find out if they will sell you at your
- volume requirements, make a deal. If the sweatshirt does not have a
- manufacturer label there is by law a tag with a number on it-this is
- required by our department of commerce (I assume to track imports etc),
- wirte down the tag # , call the department of commerce here in DC, they
- will be able to tell you who is importing or making the item here in the USA.
