  25. First go down to K-mart or some other type of store or stores.  Find a 
  26. sweat shirt that you like (price/quality) look at the label, see where 
  27. the manufacturer is, call them, find out who the manufacturer's 
  28. representative is, call them, find out if they will sell you at your 
  29. volume requirements, make a deal.  If the sweatshirt does not have a 
  30. manufacturer label there is by law a tag with a number on it-this is 
  31. required by our department of commerce (I assume to track imports etc),
  32. wirte down the tag # , call the department of commerce here in DC, they 
  33. will be able to tell you who is importing or making the item here in the USA.
