  13. ->  Usually when a false comes in late at night, the Resident Directors
  14. ->  students to enter only through certain doors, checking each of them
  15. ->  hand held black light scanner. The ink will show on the person who

  19. ->  spray. (It'll get on their clothing, hands, under fingernails, etc)
  20. ->  caught several people this way, and each levied a decent fine of

  22. ->  so. It has also proven to cut our false alarms by a good amount.

  25. ->  building for victims. These dogs are also well known for their drug
  26. ->  capabilities. This also has seemed to work decently well.
