The Responder II is an awesome little lightbar.  Being a college student, I couldn't afford a huge lightbar, a much as I would like.  This lightbar fit my needs.  It's bright (42,000 cp.), and fast.  My experience is that moving objects get peoples attention better, usually not dependent on brightness, to a degree.  A member of the squad i belong to made a clear cutout in front of the V-mirror, and it really puts out a nice flash!
  12. (Of course, this coupled with the Dashlaser-M, and wig-wags will tend to attract attention, :)  )
