- Not much. Having the class assembled electronically and having the
- students on audio only is well within present technology. I do not
- know how expensive having classes run as video conferences would be,
- and there might be a bandwidth problem, but it is feasible. I cannot
- see the problem as worse than picturephones; after all, we do not need
- the pictures to be even as good as current television, except for
- possibly the presentation of computer information, which can be
- preplanned.
