- I have had a Hitachi HB101 for about a year.
- I make about 2 loaves a week for a family of
- 2. I try a lot of different kinds of breads and
- have never had a failure because of the machine.
- My parents and in-laws like it as well, we never
- go to either parents house without it.
- This model has a metal bucket for the ingredients,
- so I'm not locked into putting the ingredientd into
- it by the bread maker.
- It also has rubber pads on its feet - very nice for
- when the machine is on a hard surface.
- I have been very satisfied.
