  19.    with my local bank (where I've been doing business with no problems
  20.    for almost 7 years), and although they do offer that, they have a
  21.    ceiling of $1500 credit limit, regardless of how much you are willing
  22.    to deposit to secure the account.  (ie, it would seem logical to me
  23.    that if I was willing/able to deposit $4000 into the secured account,
  24.    then my credit limit would be $4000, but apparently this logic escapes
  25.    my local bank).  I'm preparing to do some consulting work (hopefully),
  26.    and after airfare, hotel, etc for an extended number of weeks, that
  27.    $1500 can be eaten up real quick.
