  15. I just got a Chase Visa Gold card for no annual fee, and it almost sounds too
  16. good to be true.  I'm worried that the card may lacking in some area that
  17. could turn out to be important.

  19. In general, I'd be interested in knowing about:
  20. --Chase's customer service record... have you been satisfied?
  21. --Their Chase Bonus Dollar promotion... is it really worth much?
  22. --Their buyer's protection and extended warranty -- has anyone had good or bad
  23. experiences with them... and are they only secondary protection (i.e., do I
  24. have to exhaust my own insurance coverage first?)

  26. I just bought a 14.4 modem with my new Chase card, and I want to be reassured
  27. that Chase will be on MY side if I have any problems.

  29. Also, since this is my first Gold card, I'm not even really sure what I should
  30. demand or expect from Chase.  Though I can't really complain TOO much about a
  31. free card <g>, I would like to know if Chase is truly a good company to stick
  32. with.  In these days with so many different credit card prices, perks, and
  33. levels of service, it's really confusing trying to figure out what's best to
  34. do.  And yes, I do know that there is an excellent credit card FAQ out
  35. there... but of course, it doesn't say anything specifically about Chase.
