  26. I used the following company to find a book for me several years ago.  Whether
  27. or not the address is still current, I haven't a clue.  If it is, they located
  28. my book in a reasonable short time, and it wasn't outrageously priced.

  34. I never had a telephone number for them; I wrote to them regarding the book
  35. I wanted; they confirmed receipt of my letter and sent me a postcard or
  36. similar notification when they found the book.  I sent them a check, received
  37. the book, and that was that.  Hope this helps.
