- Being in the market for a bread maker myself I'm following the discussions with
- interest. Two points have not been addressed yet, and therefore I'd like to ask
- for opinions:

- 1) We've been baking our own bread occasionally. How does the quality of bread from
- bread machines compare to 'hand made' bread.

- 2) Once one has decided for a certain brand, how does one choose between the various
- models. For instance, is a separate 'yeast dispenser' better? Are some better suited
- for whole wheat bread than others, and what makes them so?
