  29. I agree, second-hand smoking is hazardous. And everybody has right to avoid it
  30. without any effort. Although I'm a smoker I don't smoke while I fly (even before
  31. the smoking ban on aircrafts). But you can not eliminate second-hand smoking
  32. by raising the tax on cigarettes. There is no, as far as I know, slightest proof
  33. that increasing the cigarette prices actually reduces the consumption. Besides;
  34. the revenue collected from cigarette tax does not necessarily go to health
  35. programs. In MA legislators can use that money wherever they wish.
