- On a similar note, a local Appliance Chain (Tops, for those in NJ) offers
- a discount (above their already "discounted" prices) when you buy 2 or more
- appliances at the same time. I imagine you could wield quite a bit of
- bargaining power with most any appliance dealer (other than Sears, who I
- don't believe allows their salescritters any bargaining leeway) if you are
- going to be spending that much dough in one place. It's less likely that
- you could do as well going to several different places to get the "best"
- price on each item.
