- If the only reason you want to incorporate is because you're being a
- consultant, the easiest way of all is to not incorporate at all, but
- just operate your business as a sole proprietorship. For businesses
- like this, a corporation is usually not the way to go. Sole
- proprietorships can have reseller permits (or whatever Massachusetts
- calls them), and so forth.
