  21. If the only reason you want to incorporate is because you're being a
  22. consultant, the easiest way of all is to not incorporate at all, but
  23. just operate your business as a sole proprietorship.  For businesses
  24. like this, a corporation is usually not the way to go.  Sole
  25. proprietorships can have reseller permits (or whatever Massachusetts
  26. calls them), and so forth.
