- Summary: Non-interest bearing bank accounts are no longer
- absolutely unknown to IRS, but the method of finding such
- accounts, though automated, is not perfect. Wartax refusers should
- be aware that non-interest-bearing accounts probably won't, but
- may, be found by IRS, even if an agent doesn't actually visit a
- bank.
