  16. The following summarizes a short article I researched for posting
  17. to peacenet. In the interest of minimizing the byte flow to AML
  18. and misc.activism.progressive, I only give the summary here.

  22. Summary: Non-interest bearing bank accounts are no longer
  23. absolutely unknown to IRS, but the method of finding such
  24. accounts, though automated, is not perfect. Wartax refusers should
  25. be aware that non-interest-bearing accounts probably won't, but
  26. may, be found by IRS, even if an agent doesn't actually visit a
  27. bank.
