  31. Note the final qualification.  I know of no place in the so-called
  32. First World, where FSF would not be held liable for the damage
  33. incurred by a virus contained in its distribution tapes or CD-ROM.
  34. Other kinds of irrevocable implied warranty may be readily adduced to
  35. the same effect.
