  30. This is a KILL file problem.  The rn KILL file has an initial
  31. line as follows:

  33. THRU 47394
  34.  
  35. This tells the KILL file where to start analyzing.  When you
  36. enter gnus, it sees the file and tries to analyze it.

  38. Put the following in your .emacs
  39.  
  40. (setq gnus-kill-file-name "KILL.gnus")
  41.  
  42. This will keep the rn and gnus KILL files separate and let you
  43. run both.
