  13. I have been trying to get X386 to run on my new Tandy notebuook PC
  14. with very limited success.  X386 will start, clear the video display
  15. (slightly wrong, but assorted parameters are probably wrong)  and then 
  16. restores the display and  exits silently.  The output is identical
  17. to running the command  with the -showconfig flag; the command does
  18. exit with an exit coe of 1.

  20. Is tehr some handy debug flag I can turn on to see what might be wrong?

  22. The system appears to have a Cirrus  GL-GD6410-320C-A chip, and
  23. a TwinHead 6460B chip next to it right up against the external VGA plug.

  25. Has anyone any idea what if any chipset this Cirrus monstrosity
  26. (it's a HUGE chip) might be emulating, or have of the TwinHead?!?
