  14.         I am having some difficulty configuring the Xconfig
  15. file for the xwindows server on my 386BSD installation. I am 
  16. new to unix from a VMS background but Xwindows is Xwindows I
  17. guess.
  18. My system is 486SX25 20M ram 200M hard drive, TVGA8900C video
  19. controller with 1mvram. Tystar SVGA monitor. Xfree86 installed
  20. fine I think.I tried the default Xconfig and I get the following
  21. error message after the screen blanks and tries to sync.

  30. The connection was probably broken by a server shutdown or 
  31. KillClient.

  33. Does this mean my Xconfig incorrect or is the installation not
  34. installed correctly.I've tried different settings in Xconfig
  35. but with slightly different display results but always the 
  36. same server failure code. So I guess what I really want to know is
  37. this error normal for a faulty config file?
