- I seem to be seeing a 4k memory leak everytime i do a

- xv_set( scroll_list, PANEL_LIST_STRING, row, string );

- call on a panel list. That is, if the row already exists. I also don't
- seem to see any deallocation if I do a PANEL_LIST_DELETE, PANEL_LIST_INSERT
- before I do the PANEL_LIST_STRING.
