  14. Can anyone help me get decent print queue performance from SCO ODT 2.0?
  15. I've got a Deskjet 500 connected to the standard LPT1 port of my Gateway,
  16. and even though I've got all lp daemons running at priority 0, it takes
  17. five minutes just to print a banner page!  Is there something I'm missing?
  18. It would be nice at some point to install Ghostscript to get Postscript
  19. support for this printer, but if an ASCII-only banner takes this long,
  20. I'm not even gonna bother.
