  14. Hi netters,
  15. I have soon to install an Everex Laserscript LX EX 0 2510 as printer
  16. for a Dec 5000/240 (Ultrix 4.3) DecServer250 combination on a serial
  17. interface. 
  18.  
  19. Because I am only used to HP workstations, I have no exact idea what
  20. to put in the /etc/printcap entry, especially in the filter fields
  21. (the 240 only provides entrys for Dec printers in /usr/lib/lpdfilters).

  23. I looked up the sample printcap entries at gatekeeper.dec.com, as
  24. proposed in the ultrix-FAQ, but there are only two entries, both
  25. regarding HP LaserJets. 
  26.  
  27. Could anybody out there share his printcap entry or any other
  28. experiences he has made with this combination?

  30. Any help would be greatly appreciated; e-mail preferred.
