- I have my volume retention period set to 1 year, the browse index set to
- a 3 months as well. So I'm looking through my backup sets with decnsr, and
- it says that some 3 month old volumes are recyclable. Since I recognized
- the names as being from the end of october, I though "Impossible."

- Upon further examination, it thinks that some of the savesets were made
- in 1938, and hence, are a more than a year old. The mon/day are right,
- just the year is hosed. Since it's for several volumes made on several
- different days, I don't think it was some kind of local time oddity...
