- The latest release of the consolidated Ultrix documentation CDROM
- distribution now requires 2 CDROMS. Fine. What bugs the socks off
- of me is nowhere in the disk contents listing does it say which
- disk the products appear on. In other words, if I want to read
- the documentation for a certain product, I have no way of knowing
- which disk to mount.
-
- What is ironic is that the consolidated Ultrix binary CDROM,
- which has been a multi-CD release for quite a while, does include
- a column in their disk contents listing that shows which CDROM
- a product appears on.
-
- This is admitedly not the most serious problem DEC is facing but it
- shows that DEC is not communicating internally.
