  17. I finaly managed to buy a cheap DEC RZ-56 disk with ~650 MB. When I tried to
  18. install 2.03 the other day I got a complete hang of the system during the
  19. first Installation steps. When the install-script tries to check the
  20. available disks, the system hangs.

  22. To be exact, this happens when '/etc/atdevice' is called to return the
  23. SCSI-unitnumbers of all available disks.

  25. Has anybody managed to get one of those disks to work ? (Keith ?)

  27. Somebody mentioned to me, that the Amix-SCSI driver is confused, when a disk
  28. requests sync-transfers. Is this true ?

  30. Does anybody know how to make the disk stop doing this ? I have no docs on
  31. the jumpers. :-(

  33. Any hopes, that 2.1 fixes my problem ?
