- I usually use the banner program to make letters, then convert them to
- italics by indenting each line the appropriate number of spaces (i.e.
- if you have 7x7 characters, indent line one 6 spaces, line two 5
- spaces, etc.). I find that italics look pretty nice, and it spares me
- the time from creating my own characters (Maybe somebody has a program
- that does this automatically).
